Additional power is charged separately according to metered use. Separate solar hot-water heaters are provided, and additional heating beyond solar capacity may also be charged at metered rates.

Pet and Service-Animal Policy
Pets are not permitted without prior written approval.
Guests wishing to bring a pet must contact the property manager before arrival and provide basic information about the animal. If approved, a pet fee will apply. Guests are responsible for keeping the animal under control, cleaning up after them, and preventing damage or excessive noise. Additional charges may apply for damage or cleaning beyond what is covered by the pet fee.
Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome, are not considered pets, and are not subject to a pet fee. To help our property team prepare appropriately, guests are encouraged to notify us before arrival.
Where permitted by applicable law and the booking platform, guests may be asked to provide a copy of any official service-animal identification or permit available to them. We will not request information about the guest’s disability, and documentation will not be required where the law or booking platform prohibits such a requirement.
Service animals must be housebroken, remain under the guest’s control, and may not be left alone in the apartment without prior approval. Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.
Emotional support animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law and the policies of the booking platform.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
We understand that some guests may wish to smoke during their stay. With prior written approval, smoking may be permitted only in designated outdoor balcony areas. Guests must keep nearby doors and windows closed and take care to prevent smoke from entering the apartment or building.
A refundable smoking authorization deposit may be required. If smoking occurs indoors—or smoke from outdoor smoking causes an odor inside—the guest may be responsible for professional cleaning, deodorizing, damage, or other reasonable restoration costs. All or part of the deposit may be retained, and additional charges may apply if the cost exceeds the deposit.
How many guests can Sunset accommodate?
Sunset comfortably accommodates six guests across one king bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and one queen bedroom.
Sunset also includes a bonus maid’s room with a single bed and private bathroom. It is especially useful for a traveling maid, nanny, caregiver, or family helper.

Sunset includes one full-size parking space and one additional space suitable for a moped or motorcycle.

Can families request items for small children?
Yes. Families are welcome. Small-child amenities such as crib and high chair are not currently kept in the apartment; please inquire in advance for your specific needs so we can make arrangements prior to your arrival and check-in.
