The rooftop terrace is exclusive to Sunrise. It is planned with outdoor dining for six, generous lounge seating, a swing chair, shade, a year-round inflatable hot tub, and a BBQ setup for relaxed meals outside.

The kitchenette is best suited to breakfast, snacks, and simple meals. It is ideal for guests who plan to explore Lebanon’s restaurants or cook outdoors on the rooftop.

L-shaped sofa, indoor dining for four, television, satellite service, Wi-Fi, and a selection of games.
Climate and hot water
Air conditioning throughout, radiator heating for winter stays, and a dedicated solar hot-water system.
Power
Solar power is included and supports everyday needs the majority of the year. If additional power is needed, the building generator and city power may also be available. Additional power is charged separately according to metered use. A dedicated solar hot-water system is provided, and additional heating beyond solar capacity may also be charged at metered rates.
Everyday essentials
Linens, towels, an iron, and cleaning supplies are provided. Small-child amenities may be arranged with advance notice.
Access and parking
One dedicated parking space, elevator access supported by the building generator, and an intercom for welcoming visitors.
